Counseling Background

Prior to 2024, when Julie established Guilt Free Therapy, PLLC as a full time therapy practice, Julie spanned dual careers, maintaining a small private practice for many years while in the corporate world. Upon the birth of her second child, Julie paused her therapy practice, focusing on raising her family while in the corporate world. Her therapeutic background includes:

Psychotherapist @ Guilt Free Therapy, PLLC, 2024 - present where Julie embraces a diverse client base, with a particular passion for teens and adolescents, relationship repair, relationships navigating conflict and ADHD, eating disorders, and OCD. She also loves conducting corporate trainings and helping teams identify and navigate their own unique complexities.
Performance Coaching @ Independent, 2011 - present where Julie provides performance coaching for both individual careers and athletes
